Booking Terms

​

To confirm your reservation you should pay a deposit of 25% on the total amount of the booking. The online booking is automatic and the payment will be made through Credit Card or Paypal; you can book by phone or email too, in this case and after our confirmation, you should send within 48 hours, through bank transfer or other agreed payment, 25% of the total amount of your reservation.

These booking conditions are not applied for packages or offers, in these cases the booking conditions will be published on the package/offer page, if no indication is given, will applied the terms and condition of this document.

 

Pricing

 

The rates for the rooms include VAT and all local taxes. Prices can change without notice, but after confirmation of your booking the price is guaranteed.

 

Check-in / Check-out​

Time of check-in: from 3.00pm to 8.00pm 
(for late arrivals it's necessary to inform the agritourism).
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am.

 

Payments
 
If you book by phone or e-mail will be required a deposit of 25% on the total cost of the services to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer using the bank details here below, or through Paypal using the email indicated in the "Paypal" section.

About Kids
 

The children under three (3) years old do not pay if they sleep with their parents, if you require an extra bed, you must indicate them like an adults.

 

About Pets

Pets are allowed at the Agri Hotel Da Marianna. Special discounted rates are dedicated to your four-legged friends to guarantee them a peaceful holiday too.

 

Data Processing

The data collected through the reservation system such as: name, surname, e-mail address and phone number, are used in order to respond at your request and get in touch with you. Visit our Privacy Policy page to find out how we use and protect your datas

Cancel/Change Booking
 
Cancel

 
Reservations can be canceled, with a refund of the deposit, 15 days before the stay. To cancel a reservation you have to send a communication via e-mail to damarianna@live.it, or use the CONTACT FORM selecting "Cancel Reservation". Once this time limit is over, the deposit will not be refunded.
 
Changes
 
It always possible, depending on availability of the agritourism change your reservation. To change reservation send an email at damarianna@live.it or use the CONTACT FORM selecting "Change Reservation".

 

For anticipate departures we require a payment of an extra night.
